Dr. Chris Collingwood joined the practice In 2001, as an associate and became Dr. Blazek's partner in 2003. Together, with our exceptional team, we have carried on the tradition of relationship-based comprehensive care for each patient we serve. Our unique approach to patient care has allowed us to grow our practice over the years with very little advertising. Over 95% of our new patients are referred to us from our current patients. This word-of-mouth referral system started with Dr. Dellios' first patient and has continued since 1956. We look forward to serving you and your family for generations to come!
