Dr. Maxfield graduated from Creighton School of Dentistry, one of the nation’s top dental programs, in conjunction with the University of Utah School of Medicine. Dr. Maxfield has degrees from UVU, University of Utah, & Creighton University. “A smile is far more than teeth, & general practice always has something to keep me interested.
