Dr. Edward T. Marshall, Jr. established his practice in Akron in 1987, dedicating his career to serving the community he grew up in for over 30 years. A graduate of Kent State University, who continued his education at Case Western Reserve University of Dental Medicine and later went on to complete his oral and maxillofacial surgical training at the Medical University of South Carolina, in Charleston, S.C. Dr. Marshall is a highly trained and board-certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon. He was the first oral and maxillofacial surgeon to perform the “all-on-4-procedure”, in Akron. This procedure continues to be easily completed as an in-office same-day treatment.
