The office also accepts Aetna PPO/Medicare, Delta Dental, Liberty Dental, Metlife, and United Healthcare PPO. We strive to provide quality dental care to Medicaid HMO patients in Columbus and surrounding areas. We look forward to meeting you! *The accepted Medicaid HMO plans are Caresource, Molina, Buckeye, United Healthcare Community Plan, AmeriHealth, Humana Healthy Horizons, and Aetna Better. We no longer work with the traditional Medicaid plan.
