Dental Partners of Creve Coeur is the office of Dr. Sartaj Singh D.D.S. and now retired Dr. Alan Levi D.M.D. We have years of experience and continuing education offers a dental experience unlike any other you will receive. We are a caring group of oral health care providers that will address every patient’s needs and provide them with the answers tailored to their individual needs and expectations. From a cleaning to a full mouth rehabilitation we will take the time to evaluate our patients and derive a comprehensive plan. That treatment plan will then be discussed with our patient and all options will be explained and explored.
