For over 40 years, Afdent has proudly delivered patient-friendly dentistry to Northern Indiana, founded by Dr. Roger Pecina in 1977 with a mission to prioritize patient well-being, regardless of background or finances. Now with locations in Mishawaka and Fort Wayne—including a multi-floor facility—Afdent offers comprehensive care under one roof, including preventive, cosmetic, restorative, orthodontic, surgical, and emergency services. Dr. Pecina and a team of over 20 dentists and 300 professionals continue to serve the community with compassion and excellence. Afdent is also the region’s only Exclusive Certified Mini Dental Implant Center of America and actively supports local schools and sports teams.
