Dr. Jim Ballesteros received his dental degree in 1989 at the University of the East College of Dentistry in Manila,Philippines,a prestigious dental school abroad. It is labeled as one of the pioneers of dental education and one of the top performing dental schools in the Philippines.Shortly thereafter, he immigrated to the United States. After completing all necessary coursework for foreign-trained dentists at Northwestern University in Chicago, he worked as an associate dentist with seven other doctors in downtown Chicago.
